for trade & professional associations
Most associations run their job board by hand: vacancies arrive by email, someone pastes them onto the website, someone chases the invoice. Ordano turns that into a self-serve board your members and their employers use on their own. EU-hosted, for a flat monthly fee, with payments through your own account.
€49–149 / month · members post free · you keep 100%
the problem
A member emails the office a Word doc. Someone copies it onto the site by hand, chases the invoice, and takes it down a month later. Multiply by every vacancy.
Most boards bolt onto a print media-kit: €5 per column-millimetre, a PDF rate card, ‘prices on request’. Nobody can quote a job price cleanly, not even the association itself.
Where a board exists, it’s usually a plugin bolted onto the association’s website years ago: awkward to update, unable to take payments, low on everyone’s list. Not for lack of care. There was simply nothing affordable and European to switch to.
how it works
Self-serve form on your branded board. Title, location, description, done. No email to your office.
Ordano checks membership and applies your price. Non-members pay through Mollie, connected to your own account, so posting revenue never passes through us.
The vacancy goes live immediately and comes down when its run ends. Nothing lands in your office inbox in between.
the pricing convention
Ordano verifies membership automatically and applies the price you set. Run the board as a pure member perk, or set a non-member price and make it a steady source of non-dues revenue. You can change either at any time in settings.
see it running
These demo boards run on Ordano exactly as yours would: same posting flow, same admin, and one in each board language. Open one and try posting a vacancy; demo checkouts are simulated.

data & sovereignty
Every service Ordano runs on is European, and your data does not leave the EU.
The application and your data live on servers in the EU, under EU jurisdiction.
Checkout runs through Mollie, an Amsterdam company supervised by the Dutch central bank, and lands in your association’s own account.
Member lists and postings export as CSV whenever you like. Your data is yours to take with you.
Transactional email and search come from French providers, Scaleway and Mistral, rather than US hyperscalers.
pricing
No revenue share and no per-posting cut: non-member payments flow straight to your association’s own Mollie account.
